Amacoy/Fireside lakes

Anyone ever fish these lakes near the town of Bruce? I have a cabin over that way and was looking at doing some exploring of these lakes and just wondering what types of fish to chase and if there are any problem areas to watch out for.

I've fished them both. They are okay for muskies. Fireside has some northerns as well, and apparently some decent crappies, though low in number. It is basically 2 bowls connected by a narrow channel, usually isn't any problem going between the lakes, especially in the spring. Amacoy fishes very similarly. Lot's of smaller bluegills, some occasionally larger crappies, and a relatively low walleye population. Amacoy has the more structure of the 2 lakes.

Thanks Nick! I was mainly looking at amacoy to do a little panfish stalking this winter. Neither lake appears to see much pressure.
