Hawg
My new TV doesn't have the old red yellow white video input, it has component, analog cable, and HDMI . Is there anyway to use my Aqua Vu on any of the component plugs without hurting something?
merkman
You need an adapter box...googlie rca to component adapter or rca to hdmi adapter or go to the big blue electronics box store and they will help you out..
mr_jman
Here is what I have for converting my old video game systems with the A/V (Red white yellow cables) to HDMI. About $30 cheaper than anything from a box store and it works perfectly. I would highly suggest going to HDMI over analog or anything else. Your picture will be brighter and clearer. My link was blocked so go to the Bay of E and type in "MINI AV To HDMI converter"It is the smallest and lightest weight one around and it works great. Only downside is sometimes you have to plug them in or they won't work.
cableguy2
On my TV I plug the yellow into the green jack, but it is designed for it. Look in your owners manual to see if you can hook up the composite connections. When I was upgrading the TV for my fish house I needed a TV with the standard video connection and noticed the newer TV's were dropping these but some were combining in with the component connections.Composite Video(CVBS) Shared w/ Component(Y)
