Need help choosing a bass lake

Double

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I will be taking my dad fishing on Friday. Looking for suggestions for bass lakes in the SW metro. I don't think we want to deal with the traffic on Tonka. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated as I fish the east metro.

Thanks in advance,
Double

Double,

In the East Metro, it is hard to beat Demontreville and Olson.

Work the weedlines on Olson with soft plastics...you'll have a blast. However, you'll catch'em everywhere in both lakes.

They are catch and release only lakes.

Have fun.

Stieger is catch and release for bass. I think it's $4 to park. Minnetrista is nice and I think that's $4 again and also catch and release for bass. Any lake that has catch and release is a nice gold mine. Oh Stieger is like a 25MPH limit so no jet skiiers!!

Good luck, those are just a couple in that area. I heard Zumbra is good to. I think that's what it's called but never been there.
