Ice Gator VS ION

I am about to buy a battery powered auger and I saw a U-tube video comparing the gator and the ION.The gator out preformed the ION by quite a bit. Anyone have any experience with the Gator?

The Ice Gator is the way to go, had one for the last 4 years. I have a Nils 8 inch auger adapted to it, and can cut a hole through about 28 inches of ice in less than 10 seconds.

It looks as though they have a new model with their own auger this year that's even faster and more powerful.

It's a top notch product!

It killed the ion and don't let anyone tell you he had a 6" bit cause it was an 8 " lazer just less flighting then ion. I looked them up the other day the annialater I think is what it's called looks awesome
