Mclovin
I have a big buddy mr heater and the main burner on the left isnt giving off its full heat you can tell because when you put it on high the burner on the right is much brighter, or if I have it on low or medium the burner on the left is the one that is in use but does not light fully. What can I do?
mallardnwalleye
Use a 25 lb tank. I have the same problem with 1lb tanks. Try it inside in a heated area. If it doesn't do it then the temp is too low for 1lb ers to work effectively. It is the same principle as running a very high btu heater on a 25 Lb tank at -0 degrees. The propane won't turn to gas fast enough because The volume area to flow rate is too small. I THINK.??? It could be a filter, clog, dirt or kink problem. Good luck

Bureaucrat
There were a couple other threads this week that reported similar problems. You may find the answer in one of them. Look down a few posts and they're there. Maybe it's time for a sticky on the Buddy Heater issues at the top of the forum. There's a quite a list of ideas to fix it. Hope you can find one that gets it going again.
