bass tournaments-metro area

I was wondering if there are still any avaliable open spots in any bass tournaments in Minnesota for this summer. Also I am 16 years old and am wondering if i would even be old enough to enter these tournaments.
Info on any tournaments would be greatly apprieciated, THANKS!
