Sheephead Slayer
I bought some pork sausage seasoning, does anyone know what LOP stands for? I know it's something simple but I'm mind blocked
Deitz Dittrich
How is it used? Can you cut and paste or type out? Length of Pull for length of sausage?
Sheephead Slayer
The name of the seasoning was LOP #25 PSS. From excalibur, bought it at my local grocery store and that's all the bag says. I assumed the PSS was pork sausage seasoning and it was. Tasted good! leechlake
LOP#25PSSI believe it means "Likely Operational" or something close to that referencing it likely will be the right amount of seasoning to make #25 (25 pounds of sausage). Probably a CYA when someone complains that the seasoning made them ruin a bunch of meat that didn't turn out right.
pikestabber
Low Oil Pressure? I think Leech is on the right track. Likely Output or some such thing.
