Meyer 7.5' Super V (LD) Plow

Anyone have any experience with these plows? It is the only V plow that is light enough to put on my 2008 GMC 1/2ton. It weights 582lbs with the mount. The 7.5' Boss V is 800lbs.

I will mainly be plowing on lakes.

No experience with this plow Mike, but after last winter I think your on the right track!

Don't know the exact model, but the guy who's private road I used last year had it hooked up to a 1/2 ton. He used chains as well as some weight in the rear. While we were able to get anywhere, with all the snow, the roads would continuously fill up creating some monster drifting and having to form new roads where the snow was not as deep. Keep that in mind and if you are going to work a particular area for a longer period of time, would suggest to start your initial roads well to the south.
