Ground up some goose today 70/20/10 goose,bacon,beef. Oh boy did it make great burgers. We do the same with venison so thought we would give it a try. Never had ground goose before bt it is a new favorite for me. All we seasond them with was Montreal steak seasoning cooked medium. full-378-50383-image.jpg
