Crimes, Punishment, and Rehabilitation

About two weeks ago, I was watching PBS around 9 or 10pm and came across a show with a title similar to the title of this thread. It was a Minnesota show that had white collar criminals tell their life stories and talk about their crimes in detail - one was an attorney, there was a husband/wife duo, and a former city administrator. Usually they had the sentencing judge on stage as well with a moderator, very pointedly discussing how damaging these crimes were. The audience appeared to be law enforcement, attorneys, and judges. In the end all of the criminals were touted by the sentencing judges as successful examples of people that had been rehabilitated. It was a very interesting show but I can't find any information on it after doing countless web searches including on the PBS HSOforum.

Did anyone else see it and more importantly, does anyone know the name and when it will be on again?
