SwivelDigger Posted October 20, 2014 Share Posted October 20, 2014 Smoked up some crab legs and a few skewers of shrimp tonight for supper. The crab legs turned out awesome. The shrimp were even better....soaked them in a little olive oil with some garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and a little cayenne. The legs were on for about 25-30 minutes and the shrimp about 20. SwivelDigger Posted October 21, 2014 Author Share Posted October 21, 2014 Yeah surprisingly it had a pretty good smoke flavor to it. I was pleasantly surprised by it. The shells were not split on the legs like they sometimes are on king crab and I didn't think it would penetrate like it did through the shell.
