Hi, Im new to the site and to Bemidji, MN. Im just wondering if anyone can point me in some direction for waterfowl hunting this fall, Im going to BSU so i cant have my duck boat here so that rules out big water like im used to. If anyone knows of public land thats relatively close to the campus and offers decent hunting id love any help i can get, Thanks!

If you can fit it into your budget, a nearby storage unit is a way to keep your boat. That's what I did during college. If you can find one that allows a month-to-month contract or even a 6 month lease then you only need to keep it around for the season.
