Hey everyone i have a whole chicken that i would like to cook and pull into shredded chicken. I have never done this before. How do you shred the chicken does it have to be a certain temp? I was thinking of smoking it for like an hour and then finishing it in the oven just so it would have some smoke flavor. Any help would be great thanks.
