I'm thinking of making a small batch of sausage this weekend. In the spirit of trying to clean out my seasonings from this years sausage/jerky making, I'm wondering if my left over pack of jerky seasoning would taste alright in the form of sausage? I can't believe it would be horrible, but thought I would ask.
