SkunkedAgain
My mom's old recipe was to take wings and drumsticks, coat them in Chuck Wagon Don's onion ring mix, and then bake them in a 9x13 in a stick or so of butter at high temp. A good winter solution for crispy fried chicken.I know that we're getting into grilling and smoker weather, but what is your favorite recipe for skin-on chicken pieces cooked in the oven? leechlake
dip in buttermilk and if you don't have buttermilk add a tablespoon of vinegar to regular milk and dip in that. Coat with a mixture or flour, paprika, pepper and salt. I prefer to put on cookie cooling rack and put on rimmed cookie sheet so they don't lay in the grease. 375 for about 45 minutes.
