Biggest tip I can give you is to cut a kids swimming noodle and wedge it in the front of the box so if it does happen to tip or flip over in big waves the lures pretty much stay put. Only issue I have had with my SMB's.

thx Borch, these are currently set up by diving depth, my biggest pain right now is the difference between rapala & berkeleys, rapalas give you a 6 ft window on the packaging but berkelyes are 2 ft, interesting dynamic change amongst difft brands.
