I-pilot Upgrade

So for my Bday I got the kit to upgrade my 101lb Terrova auto-pilot to I-pilot. Installed last night. Talk about a project!!! It took me all of 15 minutes to do it. Can't wait for open water.

Love it when things go smooth! Usually my projects take twice as long as planned and require multiple trips to a hardware store.

super slick, I did the iPilot link upgrade for a friend last week, took about 20 minutes at most.

If you have auto-pilot on your Terrova you need to remove it. Now I didn't want to screw anything up, so I was looking at it for mounting screws or how it was mounted in there. It's 2 pieces connected together with a white wire harness. The pieces are just pressed onto pegs and slide out just fine. No screws, no clips.

Hope this takes the only stress I experienced out of your installation!!
