how do I mount a floor to a frame to start the frame work,drill into frame and bolt down or weld bolts on or is there a better way.and what to put on for siding this is my first bulid so I know nothing about this so all the help I can get I thank you.

I have welded bolts to the frame on 4 houses, never had a problem with any of them

Weld bolts on the edges of the frame long enough for the walls and screw the center of the floor that's what I've done

Get good high quality self drilling #12 coated screws from someone like Fastenal. Noone I know has ever had a problem doing it that way.

You can use them around the edges for walls too. Welding bolts would be great but it's overkill also.
