This year it was the 3 car. Last year it was Danica. She then proceeded to not do much the rest of the season. It was Bill Elliot in a Dodge when Dodge came to Nascar in '01. This was just off the top of my head.

It all sounds a little too good to be true.

I am done watching Nascar for the action on the track although I may continue to follow some of the politics of it.

We have a couple more of them now.    Jeff Gordon, in his last season, won the pole in 2015.    This year it is their promising young star, Chase Elliot, who wins the pole in his Sprint Cup debut.   In the legendary 24 car.
