After 3 failed batches of the hard boiled egg pealing experiment I figure out my error. I didn't cool the eggs enough. In the last round egg #1 didn't peel well. I waited a while and peeled another and it worked better. I then left the rest for ten minutes and they all peeled perfectly.

I can now sleep at night.
