VMC Spoon

I have been fishing with a 1/8 VMC UV glow pink jig for over a month and it has been on fire for catching walleye. Almost every big mark I see on the flasher hammers that jig. Three days ago I got bit off by a northern and lost that spoon. I've went from 3-5 fish per evening to 1-2 fish per evening since I lost that jig.

I have checked Fleet Farm, Joes, Gander, Thorn Bros, Blue Ribbon, and many online stores with no success.

ANYONE KNOW WERE I CAN FIND THIS JIG FOR SALE?

I figured they would have them...if you have never been to their HSOforum you should check it out. they have some very honest product reviews & very knowledgeable tips for how to fish certain lures & jigs.

Just curious Fishaholic...when you are jigging the tumbler do you use a snap swivel or direct tie? I have a few of these in my tackle box & so far haven't had results like you are getting. Just wondering how your fishing it etc. I like to use slender spoons & use a snap swivel & get decent results & good action from it.

Thanks!

For description purposes I actually use a leader. I will use a 6lb fluorocarbon leader and make it as long as a can and still be able still be able to hook the lure to the rod when its not in use. I use a thorn bros 36" perch sweetheart rod so my leader is just over 2' long. I tie a lure direct (with or without split ring depending on how much action you want) to one end and a ball bearing swivel to the other end and then tie the swivel to my main line. I have been fishing the tumbler with a split ring. I hope this all makes sense.

Tight lines and good luck!
