Pickled fish

Just finished 24 quarts of fish. After thinking I better do this because behindthehead has his plate full with all that's going on in his life. I now have a great understanding that this is no easy task. There is a lot of time involved, I did gather fish for a few friends as well, compounding this. Time will tell if I did well enough. Who knows I might just found my new life's calling.
