I will be making a skid house soon,I am a bit confused about what type of heater to buy for it. On the fishhouse supply web site i see three types, I will spend overnights in in sometimes but i will mostly use it for a few hours when i go to the cabin. So forced air, direct vent,or vent less?

If you're planing on staying overnight get a vented heater. You wont have co2 issues and will have no condensation build up inside the house. As far as forced air and wall mount, thats your personal preference. Forced air dries your floor out pretty quick and gets some air moving through out the house. Wall mount is nice too but you would probably want a fan in the house to push the heat down to the floor.

2eyes, this has been discussed a million times and still some stick up for cheap heaters. DO NOT SLEEP IN A HOUSE THATS NOT DIRECT VENTED. Much easier places to save a few bucks that don't risk your life, how lucky do you feel.
