Brand new auger blades vs. blade exchange for resharpened used blades....

Last year I purchased a used Strikemaster Lite from a friend. Great auger, but the blades are dull after last season. Does anyone have any experience with blade exchange programs and can compare it to buying brand new blades at full price? I found some places that do the exchange programs where you bring them your old blades to exchange for resharpened blades for half the price of brand new. Again, just wondering what the quality is like on the exchange blades vs brand new. An example of the place I found is a place called Valley Lawn & Sport in Lakeville... Their C-List add says $16.99 - $19.99. And they have some nice pictures on the add too

I sent mine up to Red Rock Store up in Ely, MN...$15.00 came back better than new! I am on my 2nd season & still cuts like out of the box. 5 days turn around time. Check out their HSOforum for details on shipping etc.
