NEED HELP WITH AN OLD MOTOR

A friend of mine has an old Montgomery Wards 12 hp outboard motor needing a carburetor the Model number is GG9016B not sure of the year. Any help would be much appreciated.

Twin City Outboard is what everyone else says.Or check out the "Outbord motor parts" thread just below yours.There is 1 on pg. 2 also,they both have a couple of places to get a hold of.

Try Marine Engine dot com.Look for a 1957 12HP chrysler.Other than that junk yards may have what you need.Just remember your looking for chrysler parts.

Chrysler did not make motors in 1957. Might be gale. Chrysler started I believe in 1965. Try iboats under other motors. You are not going to find a carburator for that motor. You might be able to get a rebuild kit. The only way Twin City outboard will help you is you need to bring the carb to them and they will see if they have something that will match.
