picksbigwagon Posted December 22, 2013 Author Share Posted December 22, 2013 4-6 hours depending on the color of the cheese, this is a cold smoke so all i do is load up my amazen pellet smoker tray,, light the pellets, let them flame for 5 minutes, blow out the smoke and let it roll.......pellets will smoke for 6-8 hours in the tray Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
