Day one: Havartti, Munster and Pepper Jack

4-6 hours depending on the color of the cheese, this is a cold smoke so all i do is load up my amazen pellet smoker tray,, light the pellets, let them flame for 5 minutes, blow out the smoke and let it roll.......pellets will smoke for 6-8 hours in the tray

Lol...at myself....was so confused on how the cheese wouldn't melt. Sometimes i am not the brightest bulb

Good lookin' cheese. I use the sawdust model of the same smoke generator and really like it.
