Tire chains ?

Can someone recommend a good set of tire chains for my truck ? With all the snow on the lake it would help when pulling the wheel house around . Thanks

Used them once on the ice, they dug a nice hole right in the ice.

I have a set with the L's welded on to the chain. Only used them once in a snow covered frozen dirt field to haul a friends heavy ice house out of the field and up a three foot berm to the road. I was shocked at how good they worked. Never once slipped or spun.

Gave the house a bump to free it from the frozen ground then pulled it slow and easy about a block out to the road. Now I keep them in a bucket in the back seet of the truck everywhere I go.

Bought mine at Fleet Farm, purchased the v-style chains. These are definitely not for paved road use. They work spectacular, it turns a two wheel drive pickup into a 4wheel drive, Highly recommend for the price one of the better purchases you can make.70 dollars at fleet farm.

Same feedback. Bought mine at Fleet Farm as well. Have them for my truck and SXS. High vibration when you increase speed, but in most cases for travel on the lake its pretty unnoticable.
