Well maintained: I have always kept the cranks well oiled and packed the wheel bearings after every season. I pull this house with a GMC Envoy without any issues.I have slept 4 grown men in this house for a weekend on Lake of the Woods and there was plenty of room for everyone.

I have also used this for camping a few times. A small window A/C unit keeps it ice cold inside.
