Naturboy
I call it a pop up sled because I put my pop ups over it when I set up. I sit on the front of it so its my chair too.
dan z
I use a otter soft side and a hardsided rifle case. The otter case is really nice but I bet if I stepped on it would not protect the reels or rods very well. The rifle case however is bullet proof. JeremyCampbell
Took Brads suggestion at FF today and put three combos and a home made jiggle stick in.Seems a little tight. It should be fine.
Brad B
Jeremy if you alternate the direction of the reels you can get 4 combos in that bag. flip the middle rod end for end and the bag will close easier.

Bureaucrat
I just bought the clam "harder" sided case. I can get six combos in mine. I had to loosen the handles on the reels (to lay down) to get it to close. That being said, I'd gladly take ten seconds to tighten down my handles vs having to have to constantly retie after every trip due to all the bouncing around in my buckets. The 2-6lb fireline doesn't take well to a lot of rubbing on anything but a brand new bucket with no dings on the rim. I figure it will pay for itself in line saved, rod tips saved, and time saved. I'd go at leaster harder sided or bullet proof. Then you won't have to buy it again.
brook100
Just got the Frabill 38" hard case. Works very well with tons of room for 6 inline combos or 8 spinning combos. Very similar to a gun case with nice foam padding with plenty of protection for my St. Croix legend rods with those fragile spring bobbers.
