Done a batch smoked and a few with just a bit of ketchup and salt. Wanting to mix it up and try some new ones any suggested recipies? I've done it with a little BBQ sauce or ketchup, but I prefer some simple seasoning and a couple hot pepper rings. Canning Fish About the only thing I changed from the method in that thread is adding a tablespoon of spring water, sometimes the cold pack method doesn't give me enough liquid in the jars.
