Breaking in new ATV

I got a new Vinson, just wondering what your thoughts are on how to break it in. Some say break it in easy, some say ride it as hard as you normally would. thanks

Not trying to be a smartacre but most manufacturers of small engines put a breakin procedure into the manual. If you're paying the big bucks, I'd follow their procedures.

ride no different than you always will. I have had no problems breaking in wheelers or all the sleds I have owned. just don't hold it wide open for any long periods, like more than 5 seconds, and you will be fine. also, only 1 take of gas, then let it ripe.

I do as knoppers suggested, Ride as you are going to ride. Don't hold it wide open for more than 5 seconds. Don't baby it or abuse it.

I have two Vinson's and I was told to just ride them the way you always ride. Nice machine,ride great,plenty of power.
