I have become bass crazed over the past year, just got tired of muskie fishing had a few bass outings with a a few bass guys and I'm now hooked.

I was wondering if there are leagues/clubs around the north west metro to join, I currently live in Brooklyn Park but will be moving to Otsego this fall when our house is finished.

I'm looking to get into bass fishing and do some tournaments "small" ones I'm guessing there are some leagues around.

My problem is I am without a boat this summer which is killing me!! Being a teacher with summers off this is getting boring. So I will not have one until next spring. Can a boat less guy join something around the area, or even CO-Angler tournaments to do?
