thirdeye Posted July 5, 2013 Share Posted July 5, 2013 ... but I was trolling at Sam's Club. Living in Wyoming we don't always get reliable access to wild salmon, and this is the first I've seen. I vacuum sealed the fillets and smoked the tails using my dry cure and hickory. I tried some hickory smoked salmon out of Colorado a couple of years ago and really like it.
