Places to hunt around Bemidji area

I know this has been asked before, but I was wondering if anyone would have any ideas on where to go to find some ducks to shoot in the Bemidji area. I don't want to take anyone's secret spot or anything, just looking for some areas that might hold some birds.

I would try three island, Black duck, or Gull for starters. Puposky is good if birds are around but check the regs for restrictions. best bet is to scout around.
