New Vex?

heard today that there is going to be a new vex on the market this summer. anyone know if this is true? heard it from a buddy but he is not positive either....

I believe they have 2 new boat units coming out this year. One of them is an in dash color flasher and the other is a 5 color LCD. They both look pretty good. You can check them out on their HSOforum.

is it better then Humminbird's Piranha series cuz i was thinking of getting one of those this summer for use in the canoe

You will like the BW much better, it runs much longer on the batteries.

does it run on AA batteries like the piranha? or do i need the battery pack? I already have the battery pack but i was just curious, also what is the price for the new BW?
