prov1900
Recently purchased, but haven't used. Anyone out there use one? Like it? Any recipes work for you? Thinking it should work pretty well. Going to try a walleye boil, i.e. substituted 'eye for crab with potatoes, sausage, onion, etc.
prov1900
Ok...so we broke it out for a Cub Scout campout this weekend. Little red potatoes, sausage, cabbage, onion, celery, and corn on the cob plus 2 sticks of butter fed about 20 people and very little leftovers. I highly recommend. Great product! Anyone else use one?
ThunderLund78
Had to Google it to find out exactly what it was. Looks interesting, I may have to check one out next time I'm at Fleet Farm or Cabela's. I'm guessing they sell it?
prov1900
I think so. They are becoming more common I think. Really did a nice job of cooking everything with about 12-18 oz of water (and two sticks of butter). Water was gone when cook was finished as there is a small hole for the steam to escape. We are planning on buying second one to feed a bigger crew. Nice thing is you get a quality meal with no more work than loading a pot and keeping a loose eye on your watch. Very well constructed piece of hardware. You actually get what you pay for in this instance.
