Gutter through/under sidewalk?

Building a new house and about to pour the sidewalk. I have one area I need to install gutters to prevent water from running onto the sidewalk, which is along the side of the garage leading to the entry way. The sidewalk will be poured right up next to the garage, so I need to bury and install the drain for the gutter.

I am curious if anyone has a recommendation for any type of connection that I could pour the cement around to attach the gutter to, instead of just a 4" draintile type tubing sticking up out of the concrete?

There are gutter terminations available that connect onto a 90 degree elbow. There should be two different sizes available, one for a 3 inch gutter termination, and one for a 4 inch..

They look pretty good..

Thanks guys. I found some sites that offer end termination for both schedule 35 and 40, strait to he pipe or into the flange on the 90's or 45's where the pipe would normally fit.
