picksbigwagon
I am ready to purchase a Green Mountain Pellet Grill (daniel boone model). Anyone here have one, have any experience with one? I figure I can get rid of my gas grill and my smoker and clear out some room in my garage....okay not a lot of room, but a little room at least
CropDuster301
They are great, my buddy has one at the cabin and one at home, easy to use, plug it in fill it with pellets, set the temp, it then goes through a short ( maybe 5-7 min) start up clean up heating session, and your ready to cook, grill, smoke, BBQ, hell even bake! One of deer camp favorite is a pizza made on the grill. That extra smokey flavor is tasty. We have done every thing from prime rib to pizza, smoked turkeys, hams, made jerky, grills up one hell of a ribeye! You name it you can do it on one of those, I'm looking at getting one this summer.
