Spent a few nights tweaking this to get it right, but I think I got it dialed in now. It's a DSD jake decoy on the Avian X 360 motion stake system. I replaced the rope w/ steel cable and had to modify a few things w/ the stake to get the fit right and to keep it from spinning in the wind. Took some phone video of it in action to share. Looking forward to see how the birds react to it!

Any concern the cable movement might spook a bird?

I wouldn't worry about them seeing the cable, I'd worry about carrying even more stuff out to the blind.

I may shorten the cables up a bit. They are a little long. The movement will occur when the birds are 40+ yds away and laying stationary like a stick as they approach. Turkeys won't know the difference.
