Avon/St. Cloud area

Does anyone know if lower spunk is open in the Avon area and if you can hunt it? It is fairly free of cabins/homes and should be outside the city limits. My regular haunts are all cover in ice

This morning it was frozen about 20-30 feet out from the landing, but you could easily get on. As far as I know you can hunt it. I have never hunted it, but know others who have.

Yes, you can hunt Lower Spunk. I think by the time you read this it will be to late. Tonight they are forcasting zero for a low with no wind.
