Lais Kennels Slayton MN

Hey all,

My Dad is looking at getting a brittany this spring and was wondering about Lais Kennels in Slayton. Has anyone worked with them or can give me some information about them? Thank you in advance for any responses.

A guy I used to work with has had at least one from them and it might be two. I talk to him on a regular basis. Actually going fishing with him next week. I'll ask him about them and send you a PM with what I hear.

I got a pup from them last year. He is now just over a year old and he has been a great dog. He hunted last fall and I had to put my other dog down during the season and the puppy became the main hunting dog for me. He is still learning but he pointed, relocated when the birds ran and retrieved when I actually hit any.

I've talked to them a few different years at game fair and have seen some of their pups. Seem like great people and I've only heard good things about their dogs.

That is great to hear. Parents went down there last weekend to pick one out. They are going with a female and will pick it up mid April. My Dad is pumped to have a dog again. Thanks for your responses!
