Coach Dog
I have pair of Hodgman canvas chest waders that have a couple leaks. Both boots leak at the heel, where the thick part of the heel is seamed to the rest of the sole. It wasn't the canvas that leaked, just the hard rubber sole part. Any recommended methods of fixing these? I used the old duct tape on them, which was a quick fix and worked, but I want to fix them right.I have never had to repair these before, and that's why I need a little help.Thank you,Coach Dog
Guest
"Goop" glue fixes leaks and everything else.
Mark Christianson
I second "Goop" or was it Shoe Goo. Either way, my waders have LOT of tears and holes that have fixed up very nicely with that stuff.
ccarlson
I have found that the original shoe goo is the best of the line up. They have the sportsmans goo etc. but I still like the original for my waders.ccarlson
