We used foam board on the floor sandwiched between two layers of green treated. We spray foamed the walls ourselves. The ceiling is batt insulation because we used all the foam on the walls. We have a vented heater which, as other have stated is the main thing that will prevent condensation. Propane, when burned creates water and when it's not vented the water vapor stays in your shack. When vented it gets out of your shack. With our batt insulation ceiling we have no condensation issues on our walls. The windows do get alot of water. But, they are cheap windows.
