Did they have the 137" skid I wonder how that com[pares to the 141 I have been a 121 guy all of my riding life but would like the extra for the ability to go do some west riding or some boon-docking

Yep, me too! My first sled I bought with my own money was a '78 El Tigre 5000, my Dad still has his '79 model, collecting dust.

Hope things go well with the new 600's, then they can build the hype next year for the 8's

The 9000 sleds are the 1100 turbo motors, the 7000 are N/A yammi 4 stroke motors and the 5000 are the cat 1100 N/A motors. The 6000 is a new DI 600. Now if they can only make a sled that doesnt go through a belt every ride!

Just passed 1000 miles on my 2012 M800, original belt. Everyone in our group that has a 2012 or newer sled haven't had any troubles, the only time I hear of troubles are when people get a brand new sled or a brand new belt installed and hammer down, these new belts need breakin time otherwise you'll lose them quick.

The new cats have very weak rails in the rear skid too. Have seen 2 that were destroyed from normal riding with very low miles and cat wouldnt back the warrenty

My second sled I bought was a '73 El Tigre. 440 Kawasaki free air, Hemi heads... wished I'd kept it. My brother knew which pole shed it was sitting in and I could probably buy it back, that was 5 or 6 years ago. wished I would have pulled the trigger then.

Loved the old tiggers! Glad to see them come back around!!!
