Pike fishing book

I am looking for a good read on pike fishing to kill time in the hard water season. What book do you guys like and why. Thanks for any recommendation

Jack Penny's Northern Pike book is great. I wish he would write another one geared for advanced fisherman though. His book is a little basic, but I got a TON of good and new info from it.

Thank you for that fine review of my book. Yes, it is a bit basic. The publisher wanted it that way. It is possible that I will write another book and if so, it will be the book I wanted to write. After nearly 40 years of chasing big pike, I have a boatload of stories to tell.
