just bought 1 of these.and so far not so impressed.the battery life sucksand the interference with other machines suck.only got about 8hours of fishing.anyone else have 1 of these and what kind of luck are having with yours.what r your thoughts

I love mine. got it amout a month ago, got the free lakemaster chip with a rebate.

I used it next to an FL18, I had no issues, he started to have interfearance after a few hours.

I use the graph mode rather than the flasher, I feel it gives better info.

I should add the first time I took it out I was questioning my purchas, but once I played around with it I really like it.

luv mine, maybe ur battery was not fully charged when u started? was out yesterday for 6 hours & only used 20% of battery

best way to use it is play with menu & settings and fine tune for your personal preferences, personal favorite of mine is making back screen black, rest of colors "jump" off screen

cant vouch for interference, usually fish alone

Buddy has one and he loves it. I have not used it but am going to do so soon.

Love mine, the battery life if you took it out of the box and did not charge it, was not fully charged that Battery my have been in the box close to a year so always do a charge when you first get them. I can use mine for 2 days even 3 days in the summer on our Canadian fishing trip. Keep using it, you tube has some great instructions on how to better set up and use them.

They will have to pry it from my cold dead hands.

i would think its either a bad battery or possbily something wrong with unit thats sucking it dry sooner, ive been on the ice for 6 hours and only used 20% of battery

Yeah something doesn't sound right. It should last longer than that, though I wouldn't expect to get more than a full day off one battery. My dad has the ice 385ci and it'll last all day but barely. You can try turning the backlight down to save some battery life, but something seems wrong if all you can get is 5 hours.
