Little Buddy Heater

Little Buddy Heater ceramic element won't light no matter how long I hold the pilot. Pilot starts great, sprayed the element to clear any dust, cleaned propane jet, (source). What am I missing? Its brand new, used twice both times it worked, suddenly nothing. Any ideas? Help is appreciated, the site for the heaters is terrible as far as I am concerned, been over it, tried their suggestions, followed their protocols. I figure I can't be the only one.

Only time I've ever had trouble with mine lighting, I took off the propane and made sure it was screwed on properly and all the way, once and awhile, it seems it doesn't seat properly and it won't let propane out.

Sounds like the thermocoupler is not opening the pilot valve
