Started dogs

I just put my lab to sleep because of his seizures and I was wondering about how much a started dog might run. I need to get a general idea so I can put away some money. I will probably get another lab (black or chocolate) I would use this mainly for waterfowl and the occasional upland birds. With the new furniture, carpet and such I am not too keen on the idea of starting out at 8 week like the last few.

Price varies allot depending upon pedigree and the level of training. Ones I have seen tend to run around $1500 with basic obiedience and introduction to birds and with strong pedigrees
