Flat Iron Steak

Ok I lost a bet, darn Vikings. I feel taken advantage of I was ice fishing when teh bet was proposed. Little did I know Ponder was out, my buddy knew and took advantage of me. Lesson learned.

I need to find a supplier for Flat Iron steaks to ful fill my end of the bargain. Does anyone know where I can pick one up between the Northeast Metro area and Rochester?

I checked with Angus, Gregs and Von Hansons, no go.

I would call ye olde butcher shop in Rochester. They can order stuff if they don't have it. Or I see Greg's meats on 52. Always wanted to stop but it seems never to be a good time.

If Faribault isn't out of the way the Hyvee there has flat iron steaks. I buy them every time I go because it has become our favorite steak, outside of a good ribeye...
