oleWalter Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 Today for lunch, I decided to switch up from the usual of frying my walleye fillets in shore lunch and oil. I used italian dressing to marinade the fillets and pan sauteed in butter with morels and onions. I toasted an onion roll, brushed with butter, plated and devoured... it was delicious!
